Our name defines our purpose: TOAG provides Training (learn by doing) for Ordinary (non-seminary) Apprentices (who
treasure Jesus) to Go (with a team to launch reproducing Jesus-communities among the unreached). Whenever possible, TOAG
interns live together in one community. As a group, you learn values, goals, and skills needed to spark Jesus-community movements among people groups who have not yet heard the good news.
This is the 10th year of TOAG’s existence. This experiment continues to change, improving year by year. Still maturing, we are
equipping interns to bring the light of Jesus to some of the world's darkest places.

What should House Churches DO?
According to Scripture, the church should BE as well as DO certain things when gathered
together. The following is a biblical list (27 KB) of activities that should characterize the
church, past, present and future.
The Gospel of the Kingdom in Acts
When the Early Church proclaimed the Gospel of the Kingdom, they announced much
more than today's limited "Sin Management Gospel" (which declares very little of the
amazing Words, Worth, Works and Ways of Jesus, but focuses almost exclusively on
His atoning work, as precious and central as this is to the Gospel). The following chart
(290 KB) lists the sort of detail typically declared as the Apostles and Early Church
leaders presented the "gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God" (2 Cor 4:4).
